We do not offer refunds or returns if parcels are delivered late due to courier or post delay.
The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed due to variances between different devices.
In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric, or if fabric is not available any longer we will refund you. Fabric needs to be returned in the same conditions as when it was sent.
All claims on faulty items must be made within 14 days of purchase.
